• 1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Fresh herbs (optional)
1. Combine the avocado and yogurt in Ventray blender.
2. Add the lemon juice and blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.).
