YOGOURT AND BERRY SWIRL

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Plain whole-milk yogourt
  • Baby oatmeal(optional)
  • Note: Try blending the berries with banana and avocado for an even creamier consistency.

This yogourt and berry swirl recipe is a wonderfully healthy food intended for babies 6-month and up, best for babies who are ready to try multi-fruit or veggie purees. Perfect for swirling in regular yogourt, which is thinner than Greek yogourt, no need to add any other flavours or sugar. There are no other steps to prepare berries. It’s super easy to make with just a blender and berries. All you need to do is wash the berries clean and toss them into the blender. Directions

  1. Wash the blueberries and raspberries
  2. Steam blueberries and raspberries if under ripe or frozen
  3. Puree in VENTRAY BabyGrow blender jar until smooth, add water as needed to reach desired consistency
  4. Mix it with oatmeal or yogourt
