White Pumpkin Juice

  • 1 small white pumpkin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Ice cubes


  1. Cut the white pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, peel and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In Ventray Blender, add the pumpkin pieces and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, into a large bowl or pitcher.
  4. Add the sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and ground ginger to the pumpkin juice. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness or spices to your liking.
  6.  Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled white pumpkin juice over the ice.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a slice of white pumpkin, if desired.
