Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. In the bowl of your Ventray Stand Mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes on medium-high speed.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, and mix on low speed until the sugar is incorporated.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract until the frosting is well combined.
  4. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and beat on medium-high speed until the frosting is light and fluffy about 2-3 minutes. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl occasionally to ensure that all of the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Use it immediately to frost your cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts.
