Ingredients:
• 16 ounces mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon tamari
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mirin
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• Hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Sauté mushrooms with tamari.
2. Mix with walnuts and seasonings.
