Ingredients

  • 500g yogourt
  • 60g light cream
  • 60g sugar
  • 200g apricot
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Soak chia seeds ahead of time.
  2. Wash and core apricots, add into Ventray blender.
  3. Add yogourt, sugar into Ventray blender. then blend until puree forms.
  4. Add in light cream, blend for another 10 seconds, add in chia seeds and stir.
  5. Pour content into popsicle mould and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Red Wine raspberry popsicles

Ingredients

  • 500g strawberries
  • 250g raspberries
  • 100g blackberries
  • 50g honey
  • 1 cup red wine

Directions

  1. Add in all the berries into Ventray blender, pulse for a few seconds.
  2. Add in red wine and honey, puree all the ingredients until smoothly blended.
  3. Pour puree into popsicle mould, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
  4. Before serving, soak popsicle mould in room temperature water for 5-10 seconds for easy smooth removal of popsicles.
