
Roasted Almond Pumpkin Seed Nut Butter
Simple tasty nut butter that will be your new favourite bread spread this fall season.

Ingredients

- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp masala spice
- dash of cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp agave
- sea salt for taste
Directions

- Spread almonds out and bake for 40 mins, stirring half way through, set aside and let it cool completely
- Heat a dry skillet over medium low heat, add pumpkin seed stir constantly with wooden spoon. Make sure you don’t overheat or burn them
- Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender, blend using high speed, stopping to scrape the sides and repeatedly blend until creamy paste forms.

- Preheat oven to 170F, and line a baking sheet
