Roasted Almond Pumpkin Seed Nut Butter

Simple tasty nut butter that will be your new favourite bread spread this fall season.

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp masala spice
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp agave
  • sea salt for taste


  1. Spread almonds out and bake for 40 mins, stirring half way through, set aside and let it cool completely
  2. Heat a dry skillet over medium low heat, add pumpkin seed stir constantly with wooden spoon. Make sure you don’t overheat or burn them
  3. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender, blend using high speed, stopping to scrape the sides and repeatedly blend until creamy paste forms.

Oven Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 170F, and line a baking sheet
