Ingredients

- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 2 cups water for soaking
- 2 cups filtered water for juicing
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
- 2 tbsp cacao powder(for chocolate flavour)
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate
Hazelnut milk can be stored for up to 3 days in fridge.
Directions

- Soak hazelnut in water for 8 hours or over night
- Drain and rinse
- Juice hazelnut with filtered water one spoonful at a time with Ventray Masticating Juicer
- Juice dates
- Microwave cacao powder with chocolate and your choice of sweetener
