Ingredients
- 300g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup Nutella spread
- 1 tbsp finely chopped hazelnut (optional)
Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave, or you can melt the chocolate over a double-boiler over medium heat
- Make sure to stir in short intervals, to bring it to room temperature
- Add butter into Ventray Stand mixer, begin whipping over medium-high speed
- Add in chocolate and mix until thoroughly combined and fluffy to pipe or spread on your cake
