Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Steam the cauliflower florets until they are fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Use Ventray Blender to blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
- Serve.
