Ingredients
- 3 Cups of almond coconut milk, or cashew milk
- 1 Frozen banana
- ½teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- ¼ cup greek yogourt
- 1- 1½ teaspoon bourbon or whiskey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ almond extract
- 2 pitted dates
