- 3 pears
- 1 thyme leave
- 2oz vodka
Directions

- Wash, cut, prep all ingredients
- Juice ingredient, stir in vodka
- Serve over ice, slices of pear, add honey if needed
You can always substitute vanilla extract with almond extract if you prefer the flavour.
