  • 100g carrots
  • 50g pear
  • Rice cereal

Directions

  1. Wash and peal carrots and pear,
  2. Steam carrots until slightly tinder
  3. Add in pear and steam until carrots well cooked
  4. Add all ingredients into Ventray blender and blend until the right consistency for your baby.

  • 1 pear

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small peach

Directions

  1. Scrap pumpkin meat off baked pumpkin into Ventray blender

  3. Store in airtight container up to 3 days

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F, bake pumpkins for 40 minutes to an hour

Basic Baby Food- Apple Puree

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 3 medium sized apples (red, golden, delicious)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

You should always select fresh organic apples when preparing baby food. Make sure you minimize cooking time to help preserve vitamins and nutrients in the apple.

You can always make more apple sauce and store them in a BPA-free container. Usually, apple sauce can store up to 3 days in a fridge and 2 months in a freezer.

Always check with your pediatrician before introducing new food to your baby and make sure they have no food allergies.

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, core, and chop the apple into 1 inch chunks
  2. Cook all ingredients in a medium saucepan, reduce heat after boiling and simmer for about 10 minutes; or until apples are tender

  • ¼ cup ground oats
  • ¾ cup water
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • formula or breast milk (optional)
  • apple puree or pumpkin puree (optional)

Some suggest that steel cut oats are healthier and more nutrious than rolled quick instant oats. Although they tend to take a longer cooking time.

Directions

  1. Ground oats in Ventray blender, pulse for 15-30 seconds or until finely grounded
  2. Bring water to boil, then add in the oat powder, and ground cinnamon, simmer and whisk continuously for 30 seconds.
  3. Occasionally stir until the mixture is thick and creamy. simmer for about 10 minutes
  4. You can mix in formula, breast milk or fresh fruits; or add in apple sauce
