• 1 pound organic mini sweet peppers, halved and seeds removed
• Simply Nature Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for drizzling)
• Stonemill Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
• Cilantro Lime Rice (prepared)
• Pineapple Salsa (prepared)
Directions:

2. Drizzle peppers with oil; season.
