Spinach Maple Blueberry Yogourt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup plain or flavour Greek yogourt
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla almond milk
  • 1-4 ice cubes to cut thickness

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender.
  2. Blend to achieve desired consistency.
  3. If it’s too thick, add more almond milk
  4. Serve immediately
