Soy Milk

Easy healthy home made soy milk with zero additives


  1. 1 cup soy bean
  2. 3 cups water for soaking
  3. 2 cup filtered water for juicing


  1. soak 1 cup of soy bean over night or at least for 5 more hours or until soy bean doubled in size
  2. Rinse and drain, add 2 cups of filtered water to the soy bean
  3. Juice one spoonful of soy bean with water at a time with your Ventray Masticating Juicer
