Restaurant-style Salsa

No chopping required, perfect for all occasion all year long.


  1. 1 cup fresh cilantro
  2. ½ sweet onion
  3. 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, fresh, stem removed
  4. 1 fresh serrano pepper, stem removed
  5. 2 cloves of garlic
  6. 1 teaspoon of sea salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  8. 1 can (28oz) whole tomatoes drained
  9. 1 teaspoon of chili powder

If you like a chunkier salsa, just pulse for a shorter amount of time. For a more pureed taste, blend it longer until the texture is smooth to your preference.


  1. Add all listed ingredients except for canned tomatoes into Ventray Blender, blend using pulse function until all ingredients are chopped evenly.
  2. Add in tomato, pulse it until well blended
