Ingredients
500g strawberries
250g raspberries
100g blackberries
50g honey
1 cup red wine
Directions
Add in all the berries into
Ventray blender
, pulse for a few seconds.
Add in red wine and honey, puree all the ingredients until smoothly blended.
Pour puree into popsicle mould, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
Before serving, soak popsicle mould in room temperature water for 5-10 seconds for easy smooth removal of popsicles.
