Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream

Easy, no churn soft serve nice cream that makes you feel the warmth of this festive giving season.

Ingredients

  1. 5-6 frozen bananas
  2. 1 cup canned pumpkin
  3. 1 tsp vanilla bourbon
  4. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  5. 1/2 cup coconut milk
  6. pitted dates

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender, blend until all ingredients are smooth and evenly mixed
  2. Pour nice cream into non-stick loaf pan and leave it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until it is hard enough to scoop out
