Pumpkin Pancakes

These pumpkin pancakes are simple to make with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Packed full of classic flavor with canned pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger.


• 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

• 2 tablespoons sugar

• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, preferably freshly grated

• Pinch of ground cloves

• 1 cup milk

• 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree

• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

• 1 egg

• Pure maple syrup, for serving



1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices in the bowl of VENTRAY stand mixer.

2. Add milk, pumpkin puree, butter, and egg and stir until just combined.

3. Melt some butter on the flat plate of VENTRAY multifunctional electric grill over medium heat.

4. Pour in about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

5. Cook pancakes about 3 minutes per side.

6. Serve with butter and syrup.
