Pumpkin Alfredo

A creamy, autumnal twist on the classic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat Ventray Essential Every Grill.
  2. Mix ingredients in pan.
  3. Pour over cooked fettuccine.
  4. Serve hot, garnish optional.
