Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

Sweet tropical taste with a hint of ginger


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ½ cup plain yogourt
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup froze milk cubes


  1. Wash, peel, mince the ginger
  2. Add all ingredients into your Ventray Blender
  3. Blend using smoothie setting until desired consistency reached
