Pear Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 dates pited
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 large pear
  • 1 asian pear
  • 1 cup milk, soya milk, almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia saeed

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender
  2. Blend using medium high speed until desired consistency reached
  3. Stir in chia saeed
  4. Serve immediately.
