Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup yogourt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp chia saeed
  • 1 ½ cups cold almond milk

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the frozen banana into chunks
  2. Add in all ingredients into Ventray Pro 600 Blender, select frozen dessert setting, blend until prefered texture
