Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened

2½ cups of oats (not instant)

Directions
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together
