Mozzarella Schnitzel


Crispy, cheesy, and downright delicious – the ultimate food trend you can’t resist!

• 2-4 slices mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 large egg; 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Neutral oil for frying

1. Stack mozzarella slices. Press to stick.
2. Prepare dredging station: flour, egg, panko, season.

4. Dredge mozzarella: flour, egg, panko, press.
5. Fry until golden, blot, and enjoy.
