Mashed Cauliflower

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish (optional)


  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until they are fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
