Ingredients:
• 4 sweet or hot Italian sausage links (uncooked), butterflied
• 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 8oz mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
• 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 6oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Sear butterflied sausages in Ventray Every Grill.
2. Sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms; add garlic and vinegar.
3. Top sausages with veggies, cheese; bake until melted.
