Loaded Potato Soup

The variation of potato soup you can create is only limited by your imagination!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • ¾ cup cream or half and half
  • ½ onion
  • 4 boiled/baked russet potatoes
  • ½ cup cauliflower florets
  • 12 slices cooked flavoured bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 ½ teaspoons of salt
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • shredded cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Add onion, potatos, cauliflower, butter, 1 tablespoon of chives, sour cream, some salt and pepper into Ventray Blender
  2. Blend using medium speed for about 90 seconds or until potatos are fully chopped
  3. Add in milk, cream, pepper. salt, broth, 6 slices of bacon, blend using soup function.
  4. You can add on more time until soup has reached your preferred consistency and texture.
