Lime Pineapple Cucumber Basil Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped cucumber
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 peeled lime
  • 1 chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple

Directions

  1. Wash, and cut all ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients into Ventray blender, blend or pulse until desired consistency reached
