  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  1. Peel and chop the banana.
  2. Put the banana, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and sweetener in Ventray Blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. For a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
