Gingerbread Pancake

This Christmas breakfast treat is lightly spiced with ginger and cinnamon. Delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tablespoon baking powder

• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon coarse salt

• 2 teaspoons ground ginger

• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

• 3 large beaten eggs

• 1/3 cup molasses

• 3 cups buttermilk

Directions

1. For the batter, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg into the bowl of VENTRAY stand mixer.

2. Add eggs, molasses, and buttermilk and stir until just combined.
