  • 4-5 ripe pears
  • 1 lemon
  • Sugar
  • Ice


  1. Wash and slice the pears, removing the stem and seeds.
  2. Slice the lemon in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Turn on Ventray Juicer and feed the sliced pears through the chute and juice them along with the lemon.
  4. Once all the ingredients have been juiced, add sugar. Use a spoon to stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Serve the pear juice immediately over ice.
