Ingredients
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
½ cup buttermilk
1/3 cup plain yogourt
¼ cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract

whipped butter
maple syrup
Directions
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt in Ventray stand mixer bowl
Turn your Ventray stand mixer to medium speed, add in egg, milk, yogourt, pumpkin puree, oil and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined
Coat your griddle with oil over medium heat, pour in pancake batter, cook until bubbles on top begin to pop, flip pancake over and cook until golden brown.
