Easy Homemade Baby Oatmeal

• 1/4 cup rolled oats 

• 1/2 cup water or milk of your choice 

• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

• Fruits and vegetables of your choice, such as apples, bananas, spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes etc.  (optional)


1. Place the rolled oats and water or milk of your choice into the VENTRAY BabyGrow blender jar. 

2. Blend for 1 minute until a smooth consistency is reached; add honey if desired. 

3. Remove from the blender and set aside.

4. Place the fruits and vegetables of your choice into the VENTRAY BabyGrow steamer basket and steam for 15 minutes. 

5. Once finished, carefully remove the veggies and fruits from the steamer basket, then blend in the blender jar. 

6. Add mashed vegetables and fruits to the oatmeal in the VENTRAY BabyGrow blender jar, blend for 1 minute until everything is well mixed together. 

7. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm!
