Ingredients:
• 1 lb. spaghetti
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 cup green olives (pitted and torn), with 1/3 cup olive brine
• 4 cloves garlic (sliced), zest of 1 lemon
• 1/3 cup gin, 2/3 cup heavy cream
• 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
• Unsalted butter, Kosher salt.
Directions:
1. Boil spaghetti, save 1 cup water.
2. Preheat Ventray Every Grill (medium heat).
3. Sauté olives, garlic, lemon zest in oil.
4. Add gin, cream, pasta, brine, stir.
5. Mix Parmesan, parsley, butter, salt
