Coconut Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cups coconut Greek yogourt
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup avocado

Directions

  1. Cut and prep all ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients into Ventray 600 blender
  3. Pulse or blend until smooth, serve immediately
