Coconut Banana Sorbet

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup agave nectar
  • 4 ripe banana
  • handful of shredded coconut


  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Pro 600 blender
  2. Secure the lid, blend and mix at high speed until creamy and smooth
  3. Pour into metal or glass container and store in freezer, stirring every 40 minutes for 3 hours
