Classic Chocolate Chip Waffles

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 4 tbsp sugar
  3. 2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  6. 2 cups milk
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 1/4 cup butter
  9. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Waffles, fresh juice, bacon, and scrambled eggs. These are the perfect weekend brunch food to make for your family this weekend.

Always start your day with great breakfast, sets everyone off in a happy mood. This is an easy recipe for the classic chocolate chip waffle, use any kind of waffle maker you have. Make sure you don’t fill your waffle maker with too much batter.
You can always make ahead, and toss your cooked waffles in your oven to reheat it for later.


  1. Preheat your waffle griddle
  2. Brush both sides with oil
  3. Mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
  4. In Ventray Stand MIxer, mix together milk and egg
  5. Add in dry ingredients into Ventray Stand Mixer bowl, whisk over medium low speed until just combined
  6. Add in chocolate chips and mix a few times
  7. Whisk in melted butter, whisk a few times over low speed.
  8. Fill the waffle maker, close the lid and cook waffle until your waffle is ready
  9. Serve with butter, maple syrup or whipping cream
