  1. Wash apple and pumpkin (can be substituted with squash)
  2. Peel pumpkin, deseed it, and cut into chunks
  3. Cut apple in halves
  4. Juice all ingredients with your Ventray Masticating Juicer
  5. Spinkle cinnamon on top of juice
