Chocolate Hazelnut Milk

Recipes for 2 different flavour of hazelnut milk
#Juicing

Ingredients

1 cup raw hazelnuts
2 cups water for soaking
2 cups filtered water for juicing
4 pitted dates
2 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
2 tbsp cacao powder(for chocolate flavour)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate

Hazelnut milk can be stored for up to 3 days in fridge.

Directions

Soak hazelnut in water for 8 hours or over night
Drain and rinse
Juice hazelnut with filtered water one spoonful at a time with Ventray Masticating Juicer
Juice dates
Microwave cacao powder with chocolate and your choice of sweetener
