Chocolate Hazelnut Milk

Recipes for 2 different flavour of hazelnut milk


  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 2 cups water for soaking
  • 2 cups filtered water for juicing
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder(for chocolate flavour)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate

Hazelnut milk can be stored for up to 3 days in fridge.


  1. Soak hazelnut in water for 8 hours or over night
  2. Drain and rinse
  3. Juice hazelnut with filtered water one spoonful at a time with Ventray Masticating Juicer
  4. Juice dates
  5. Microwave cacao powder with chocolate and your choice of sweetener
