About the Cuisine

The beef recipe comes from Zhanjiang, a beautiful coastal city in southern China. It is a must-order dish for many residents, especially youngsters and university graduates preparing to graduate in the summer. Chefs often serve it using a burning hot ceramic pot with a round wooden pad at the bottom.
