Everything Bagel Recipe

  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat your Ventray Oven to 400°F.
  2. In Ventray Stand Mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add warm water and knead until the dough is smooth.
  4. Divide into 8 pieces, shape into bagels, and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Boil the bagels briefly, then sprinkle with everything seasoning and bake until golden brown.
