Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Preheat your Ventray Oven to 400°F.
- In Ventray Stand Mixer, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and honey, knead until the dough is elastic.
- Divide into 8 pieces, shape into bagels, and place on a baking sheet.
- Allow to rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Bake until golden brown.
