Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • Water, formula milk or breastmilk as needed

  • Contain potassium and fibre. High in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2.

Directions

  1. Peel bananas and cut them into chunks
  2. Add ingredients into VENTRAY BabyGrow

  5. Add water, formula milk or breastmilk to get the right consistency

Tips

Use a ripe banana with at least some brown spots for the best flavour in this puree.

Pear Puree

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1-2 cups water for steaming
  • 1/3 cup sugar(optional)
  • Breastmilk or formula (optional)

Tips

Notes

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 4 pitted prunes
  • 1-2 cups water
  • Breast milk, boiled water, or formula

  • 3 medium sized apples (red, golden, delicious)
