Brussels Sprouts Puree

Ingredients

  • 150g brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a great source of fiber and vitamin K which can help clot blood. 

Directions

  1. Cut off the base of the sprouts and remove the outer leaves.
  2. Cut the sprouts in halves or quarters.
  3. Add the brussels sprouts into VENTRAY BabyGrow steamer basket.
  4. Steam with water until tender.
  5. Transfer the sprouts into VENTRAY BabyGrow food processor.
  6. Puree until smooth.
