Braised Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cloves (optional)

Directions
