Blistered Tomato Ricotta Toast

Creamy ricotta meets juicy, blistered tomatoes for a quick and delicious sensation!

Ingredients:
• 2 slices bread (whole wheat sourdough)
• 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 tbsp oil (olive), divided
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
• 2 large basil leaves, thinly sliced
• 1 pinch salt, pepper, and chili flakes

Directions:
1. Combine bananas, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla sugar, sugar, salt.
2. Preheat Ventray Every Grill to medium-high.
3. Sauté tomatoes in grill with oil until sizzling.
4. Toast bread, spread ricotta cheese.
5. Add cooked tomatoes, oil, basil, chili, salt, pepper.
