Blender puffed pancake

Stay in and blend up your own puff pancake

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Confectioner’s sugar
  • Syrup
  • Fresh berries


  1. In a blender add eggs, milk flour, sugar, and nutmeg, blend until smooth
  2. Place butter into a oven safe skillet, at 425F until melted for 2-3 minutes
  3. Pour batter into skillet and bake for about 6 minutes and until puffed and browned
  4. Dust with confectioners’ sugar, serve with fresh berries syrup
