Blender puffed pancake

Stay in and blend up your own puff pancake

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
3 large eggs
¾ cup whole milk
¾ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Confectioner’s sugar
Syrup
Fresh berries

Directions

In a blender add eggs, milk flour, sugar, and nutmeg, blend until smooth
Place butter into a oven safe skillet, at 425F until melted for 2-3 minutes
Pour batter into skillet and bake for about 6 minutes and until puffed and browned
Dust with confectioners’ sugar, serve with fresh berries syrup
