2 cups milk (2% or more)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
½ cup all purpose flour
6 tbsp butter room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Directions
Add milk, sugar, eggs, flour, butter, vanilla extract, and salt into

Scrape the sides and bottom, pulse for another 10 seconds
Add coconut shreds pulse for 1-2 seconds. Pour mixture into a greased 10’ pie plate
